• All items are handmade with love and care. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to be processed before shipping.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Processing time for these will be provided at checkout or via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times (after processing):
  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
• We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Steel N Stitches Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Issues

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

• To ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays, we recommend placing orders by December 5 for Christmas delivery.
